Open inspection protocol

See it. Match it. Record it.

The core safety rule is simple: never carry a sealed unknown item. The sender opens it, the traveler checks it against the manifest, and both sides record the handoff.

Four checkpoints, one shared record.

Each checkpoint reduces ambiguity by making the package contents and custody changes explicit to both participants.

  1. Open handoff

The sender presents the item unsealed at the agreed gate, station, or meeting point.

  2. Visual check

The traveler compares the actual contents, quantity, and condition with the digital manifest.

  3. Mutual record

Both sides confirm the match in the deal chat and agree on the package identifier.

  4. Status trail

Pickup and delivery confirmations create the current end-to-end responsibility record.

When the route changes

Delays and cancellations do not remove the need for a clear status trail. Participants currently coordinate exceptions manually.
