Two simple weight tiers.
Weight affects which trips can carry the shipment, but the same inspection and content rules apply to both tiers.
Tier 1Under 500 g
Documents, passports, keys, and other compact items.
Tier 2500 g–2.75 kg (6 lb)
Clothing, factory-sealed coffee or tea, and approved B2B samples.
Inspection is not optional.
Contents must be visible and match the digital manifest. A traveler can refuse any shipment that cannot be inspected or differs from its description.

Current verification level: all users verify their phone number before booking. Passport and biometric verification are outside the current phase.
